I’m Richie Keirouz, and my passion is fitness. I love being in control of how I look and feel every day. Even more, however, I love teaching people how they, too, can make their lives extraordinary through fitness, health, and proper nutrition. I firmly believe that, when you’re in optimum shape, not only does your body look and function at its best, but your mind is in its sharpest and most focused state too. In fact, one of my favorite sayings is “mens sana in corpore sano,” which is Latin for “a sound mind in a sound body.”

But life has taught me to value my health the hard way. Having overcome depression and addiction, I have been able to achieve success the face of adversity, balancing my health and wellbeing with a demanding career and an overall busy life. In the process, I’ve also started my own company, RichBody, which focuses on helping people follow in my footsteps and change their lives through fitness and nutrition. On top of all of that, I am an acclaimed National Level Athlete, a three-time Ontario Physique Association Champion, and I have an amazing family with a beautiful, supportive wife and two beautiful daughters. Frankly, none of this would be possible had it not been for fitness.

My objective is to instill that very message within others — to show people that, no matter the adversity they’re currently facing, it’s possible to push through and take your life to an extraordinary new level, becoming successful beyond your wildest imagination. I want to show people that the path to a better life all starts with fitness, nutrition, and a positive state of mind.
