We brought together some of the most exciting young rugby players from the Aviva Premiership & the Tyrrells Premier 15’s, plus Gold medal winning Olympian Sam Quek, to find out about how they train.

The rugby players went through some of their go-to gym moves, and explained why they do them, and how it benefits them as a pro player. The players included:
