INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
1 ⁄2 cup water
1 cup ice cubes
1 oz fresh lime juice
5 large strawberries
1 tsp sweetener
1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth.
