Holding a kettlebell with both hands lets your arms hang out in front of you. Lower yourself into a semi-squat position. As your body lowers, swing the kettlebell between your legs. At the point momentum starts to break, reverse the motion upward so the kettlebell is higher than your head. Lower again, so that the kettlebell swings back through your legs.


Holding one handle of a skipping rope in each of your hands, let the rope hang behind you so the middle point is resting on the floor just behind your heels.

Swing the rope up so it passes over your head, and jump over it when it eventually passes by your feet. Continue this motion at an aggressive pace to keep the calories burning.
