WHAT IT IS

A FIVE-ROUND, five exercise circuit that will add mass to your torso and quads with minimal equipment. All you need is something sturdy to hang from and push against—a barbell in a squat rack, a thick table or bench, etc. Include one minute of active rest between rounds.

WHY IT WORKS

BECAUSE THESE ARE all compound movements—or multi joint exercises—you’ll work major and minor muscles, which will burn more calories than isolated exercises. The 10-rep mark is optimal for muscle growth, while the active rest keeps your heart rate elevated.
