CHICKEN SOUVLAKI WITH TZATZIKI

MAKES 1 SERVING

1 chicken breast, cubed
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil Pinch of salt and pepper

FOR THE TZATZIKI

8 oz nonfat Greek yogurt
2 cucumber, seeded and shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp olive oil Salt Squeeze of lemon

1. Mix chicken with garlic, oregano, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

2. For the tzatziki sauce, mix yogurt, cucumber, garlic, oil, salt, and lemon.

3. Skewer chicken with wooden skewers broil or grill for 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
