3 scoops vanilla almond whey protein powder

½ cup coconut flour

⅓ cup xylitol or sweetener of choice

6 tbsp D’s Naturals Almond Fluff butter Chocolate Fudge Cake Batter

¼ cup crushed almonds

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup coconut sugar

1¼ cups oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined and smooth. Batter will be slightly wet.

3. Using a cookie scoop, drop batter into mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are slightly golden brown.
